GLOAR DATA (gloar-data.com) provides information regarding the history and statistics of vehicle sales across leading international auction portals (including Encar, K-Car, Copart, IAAI, mobile.de, and others).

The user-friendly architecture of the Site allows users to quickly and effectively search data by VIN number or lot number, filter information by vehicle technical specifications or auction parameters, and access detailed reports.

To use all features of the Site, a User may need to register and maintain an active profile. When accessing or using any of the functions or services of the Site, any legally capable individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as the "User") is subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth in these Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms").

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings defined below:

• Site: A structured set of electronic information, data, software, and copyrighted materials accessible at the URL https://gloar-data.com and its subdomains.
• User: Any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Site for informational purposes on a free or paid basis.

• Service: The provision of informational and analytical access to the Site database and tools for personal non-commercial purposes, which cannot be treated as vehicle consulting or as the sole source of decision-making when purchasing vehicles.
• Personal Backoffice (Account): The gated section of the Site available to the User after voluntary registration, used to configure services, view search history, save bookmarks, and manage account preferences.
• Login & Password: Unique credentials chosen or assigned to the User for secure authorization and access to the Personal Backoffice.
• Report: Detailed aggregated informational dossier regarding a specific vehicle/VIN traded on auction platforms.
• Lot: An individual vehicle listing that was or is subject to auction or marketplace sale (specifications, photos, historical auction results, pricing).

These Terms regulate access to and use of the Site gloar-data.com. The Site includes both free content and paid premium services/content provided in accordance with applicable pricing and public offer regulations.

Use of the Site, its information, materials, and digital features is governed by these Terms and applicable national and international legislation.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. All modifications become effective immediately upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site following any posted changes constitutes your express acceptance of the revised Terms.

GLOAR DATA operates strictly as an independent international automotive information aggregator, data search engine, and digital catalog platform.

All commercial negotiations, vehicle purchase contracts, bank transfers, logistics arrangements, and vehicle customs clearance occur directly between the buyer, seller, and third-party logistics specialists. GLOAR DATA is not a party to transactions concluded between users or third parties.

The Platform aggregates automotive listings, technical specifications, photographs, diagnostic reports, and auction statistics from open and partner sources (including Encar, Copart, IAAI, K-Car, and others) exclusively for research and reference purposes.

The User bears sole responsibility for conducting independent physical inspections, expert diagnostics, title verification, and legal due diligence prior to executing financial transactions.

In accordance with these Terms and our Policies, we grant Users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Site.

Site content may be used strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes, except in cases where the User has obtained express prior written consent from the Site Administration.

Users of the Site must adhere to the following mandatory rules:

• Age Requirement: Any legally capable individual aged 18 years or older may use the Site.

• Prohibited Actions: Users agree NOT to reproduce, copy, scrape, resell, or commercially distribute Site materials without authorization; NOT to distribute spam, malware, or viruses; and NOT to engage in fraudulent transactions or activities that harm the Site, third parties, or violate intellectual property rights.

Free Content: Users who have not subscribed to paid plans receive standard informational access to search features, photos, and basic technical parameters.

Paid Content & Premium Services: Advanced vehicle analytics, full auction historical sales archives, and specialized VIN de-indexing services are subject to applicable fees. Users must make timely payments in accordance with their selected billing plan.

The Site Administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify service fees and tariffs before payment dates by publishing updated rates on the Site.

To obtain full access to account features, Users must register by providing accurate contact details. Each User may create and maintain only one account.

Users are strictly responsible for preserving the confidentiality of their login and password. Any actions performed via an authorized account are deemed performed by the account holder.

In the event of suspected or detected unauthorized access or security breach, you must immediately notify the Site Administration at info@gloar-data.com. Sharing account credentials may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

We welcome suggestions, feedback, and reviews regarding the Platform. By submitting feedback, you grant GLOAR DATA the perpetual, royalty-free right to use, publish, or implement your feedback without restriction or compensation.

The Administration reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove user comments that contain offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.

Optional user surveys and questionnaires are conducted in strict compliance with data protection laws. Data gathered in surveys is analyzed solely in aggregated, anonymized form.

GLOAR DATA respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content hosted on the Site infringes your copyright or legitimate rights, please send an official takedown request to info@gloar-data.com specifying:

• Identification of the protected work and proof of ownership or authorization;
• Exact URLs of the disputed material on GLOAR DATA;
• Your direct contact details and a statement confirming good-faith belief of infringement.

The User assumes all risks associated with using the Site. The Site Owner and Administration do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously secure operation of the Service.

All materials, analytics, and software are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GLOAR DATA and its Administration shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the Site.

The Administration is not responsible for discrepancies between actual vehicle characteristics and subjective User expectations, nor for judgments, recommendations, or conduct of third parties and vehicle sellers.

The Administration reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to the Site or Personal Account at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Users may discontinue using the Site at any time. All matters arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international trade regulations and commercial norms.
